After a two year delay due to COVID, IRONMAN Canada is back at Penticton! COVID, being overweight, and injuries made the road to this race a challenge, even considering that any IRONMAN is a challenge of its own.

With the new course changes for 2018 and the 34°C temperature forecast, I expected this year’s edition of IRONMAN Canada Whistler to be a hard race. I didn’t know it was going to be this hard!

I signed up for this thing again. I guess I have to do it now. Here goes nothing…
